BREAKNECK INDUSTRIES — WORKFORCE INFRASTRUCTURE ACCELERATION

RETRAINING DIGNIFIED & CRITICAL PERSONNEL
TO REBUILD THE ARSENAL OF DEMOCRACY

Twelve months of paid, live-build training. $150,000/year while you train — $150,000 to $250,000/year deployed. Housing, food, and medical fully covered. This is not a trade school. It is a national institution built to produce the integrated crews America's infrastructure rebuild requires — and to make sure the people doing that work are paid, housed, and respected like the moment demands.

I. THE PROBLEM

America Is Not Short on Fiscal Capital. It Is Short on Deployment-Ready Teams and a Humane Support Apparatus.

The United States is facing a compound execution crisis: a massive interconnection backlog, surging electricity demand, mounting political resistance to infrastructure projects, and a workforce system that produces individuals faster than it produces integrated, deployment-ready teams.

Every sector this affects — nuclear, data centers, semiconductors, grid modernization, mining, defense manufacturing — is documented in Breakneck's sector-specific briefs, available on request.

II. THE SOLUTION

Six Tracks. One Integrated Crew.

Breakneck recruits adults into a one-year paid technical pipeline. Baumeisters — from the German master builders — train across six integrated tracks, then deploy as coordinated teams, not individually-sourced hires assembled for the first time on a live job site.

38% Electrical Systems Grid, substation, data center secondaries
28% Heavy Construction Site prep, foundations, structural assembly
15% Thermal Systems & Cooling Refrigeration, cooling loops, HVAC integration
8% CNC & Precision Manufacturing Precision fabrication, modular assembly
6% Nuclear Systems Support SMR-adjacent operations, safety-first procedures
5% Project Management Scheduling, coordination, regulatory navigation

The Operating Model

Select each stage to see how it works.

BUILD → INSPECT → DECONSTRUCT → IMPROVE → REBUILD.
Again. Harder.

Near the end of training, industry partners inject a capstone validation exercise called FORGE — scope changes, material shortages, real-time disruptions — and render a single judgment: is this crew deployment-ready?

III. CAMPUS ALPHA

Niagara Falls / Tonawanda, New York

Campus Alpha is sited for three reasons that compound rather than compete.

01

Founder Proximity

Direct operational governance from day one, rather than remote oversight of a first-of-kind institution.

02

The Cold-Climate Moat

85–95 inches of snow annually. Long-duration winter infrastructure training produces cohorts capable of year-round, all-climate projects, and experienced support processes such as warming, shift rotations, and site de-icing/safety — attributes competitors may be hard-pressed to replicate.

03

Hydroelectric Power Cost

Niagara Power Project electricity at ~$0.04/kWh — enabling transformer manufacturing economics unavailable at national-average power costs.

IV. FOR INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS

You Build the Machine. We Build the Workforce.

Breakneck does not compete with your hiring pipeline, and it does not compete with traditional trade and vocational schools. There is more demand across the American industrial rebuild than any single institution can meet — Breakneck exists as the centralizing, integrating layer beneath it.

I Workforce Forecast Tell us what you'll need in 24–36 months. We plan pipeline capacity against it.
II Curriculum Design Your engineers validate competency standards. We build the finishing modules.
III Sponsored Track You provide equipment or capital for a dedicated, company-aligned training lane.
IV Hiring / Deployment FORGE-validated crews, ready for conditional deployment commitments.
V Strategic Industrial Pre-opening labor pipeline for your next facility, built before you break ground.

Foreign and domestic partners welcome. The first conversation is thirty minutes, requires no funding commitment, and asks one question: what human capacity prevents you from scaling as fast as your technology allows?

V. THE DIRECTORY

Where You Can Fit Into the Future

Four paths in. Select one to see how it works.

CONNECTIONS ARE NOT DESTINY.

Every pathway into Breakneck begins with a documented, meritocratic process. Applicants are evaluated through APEX and their physical abilities. Industrial partners are evaluated on capability and alignment. Investors receive the same screening and diligence process regardless of introduction source.

The 21st century will be built by someone. Your opportunity to help build it is here.

FOUNDER

“I refuse to see my country fail to meet this moment. Workers are demanding dignity. Breakneck exists to prove that we can work hard, be human to each other, future-attune ourselves to technological progress such as AI, and create durable fortunes in the process. It's time to Sprint to the Future.”
