I. THE PROBLEM
The United States is facing a compound execution crisis: a massive interconnection backlog, surging electricity demand, mounting political resistance to infrastructure projects, and a workforce system that produces individuals faster than it produces integrated, deployment-ready teams.

II. THE SOLUTION
Breakneck recruits adults into a one-year paid technical pipeline. Baumeisters — from the German master builders — train across six integrated tracks, then deploy as coordinated teams, not individually-sourced hires assembled for the first time on a live job site.

Our cohort will start by focusing on building one of three structures critical to the U.S. currently: a house/apartment, power plant, or data center. The goal is not perfection, but applying fundamentals learned during rigorous classroom instruction and simulation.
Experienced cadre evaluate the work of every specialty, from technical execution and documentation to leadership, communication and inter-trade coordination. Strong performance is identified and reinforced. Deficiencies become instructional material. Punitive marks are reserved for behavior that is knowingly unsafe, dishonest, destructive to the crew, or persistently resistant to correction.
The completed structure is taken apart as though demolition, replacement or major refurbishment had been ordered. Reusable materials are recovered wherever practical. Baumeisters learn not merely how systems go together, but how they fail, interface, age, disconnect and come apart. A Baumeister will know their craft inside and out — literally.
Back to the classroom. Baumeisters build upon their recent, applied experience through targeted instruction addressing the technical, interpersonal, leadership and administrative lessons exposed during the previous Live Build. They then prepare for the next cycle, where complexity and expectations heighten.
The next Live Build increases in complexity. Expectations rise. Coordination becomes harder. Time pressure increases. Baumeisters repeat the cycle until the unfamiliar becomes practiced — and practiced crews become deployment-ready.
BUILD → INSPECT → DECONSTRUCT → IMPROVE → REBUILD.
Again. Harder.
Near the end of training, industry partners inject a capstone validation exercise called FORGE — scope changes, material shortages, real-time disruptions — and render a single judgment: is this crew deployment-ready?
III. CAMPUS ALPHA
Campus Alpha is sited for three reasons that compound rather than compete.

85–95 inches of snow annually. Long-duration winter infrastructure training produces cohorts capable of year-round, all-climate projects, and experienced support processes such as warming, shift rotations, and site de-icing/safety — attributes competitors may be hard-pressed to replicate.

Every pathway into Breakneck begins with a documented, meritocratic process. Applicants are evaluated through APEX and their physical abilities. Industrial partners are evaluated on capability and alignment. Investors receive the same screening and diligence process regardless of introduction source.

Aptitude, Professional Conduct, and Entry eXamination
Breakneck does not believe a résumé captures everything a person can become.
APEX examines the candidate standing in front of us — not merely the credentials accumulated behind them. Technical aptitude matters. So do physical capability, integrity, judgment, interpersonal conduct, ability to receive correction, and the capacity to function inside a demanding team.
Applicants are not expected to arrive as tradespeople. They are expected to demonstrate the capacity and character required to become Baumeisters.
The written examination spans 100 questions across six categories: mechanical and spatial reasoning, practical math, professional conduct, moral and ethical scenarios, leadership and team dynamics, and following instructions under ambiguity — followed by a written statement and a short vocal response. Applicants may formally object to any question they believe is unfair or poorly framed; objections are recorded verbatim and reviewed as part of the candidate packet, not penalized.
Twelve months of live-build training is physically demanding by design. Every applicant must demonstrate the following baseline before enrollment:
Applicants complete the Breakneck Physical Fitness Baseline remotely. The complete assessment must be recorded continuously and witnessed by an approved, credentialed fitness professional.
The applicant uploads:
Breakneck independently verifies the evaluator's credential before accepting the result. More granular identity and residency verification occurs after conditional selection, through an appropriate identity-verification provider.
Domestic applicants receive priority for Campus Alpha. International applicants are nevertheless encouraged to complete APEX and may qualify for the International Candidate Reserve.
Reserve candidates receive a completed Breakneck candidate profile, periodic status updates, notice of relevant cohort openings, and priority consideration as international partnership programs and future campuses become available.
Reserve does not mean forgotten. Candidates retain visibility into their status and can update qualifications, fitness results, certifications, and availability while awaiting an eligible cohort.
